Technical Customer Service Advisor



Location - Telford



Salary - Up to £14,040 per annum pro rata



Contract- Permanent



Hours - 20-37.5 hours per week



Shifts - Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with potential to cover weekends for the right candidates.



Training - 3 weeks - Monday - Friday-09:00-17:30 (Part time candidates would need to complete 3 weeks at full time hours).



Start Date - 22nd August 2016



The role



We are looking for keen, enthusiastic and focused Technical Customer Service Advisors. You must have a passion for excellent Customer Service and the drive to succeed as well as the ability to practically apply technical skill to the role for which full training will be provided.



You’ll bring with you strong customer service experience gained either face to face or over the phone. You’ll also be confident, engaging, have a clear and concise phone voice and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Provide an excellent tailored service for every customer



Resolving all customer enquiries first time

Technical support experience may be beneficial but is not essential
